Free Shipping

Orders over a $600 subtotal, will qualify for free ground shipping anywhere in the U.S. contiguous 48 states!

  • Some items do not qualify for free shipping when exceeding $600.
  • Orders under a $600 subtotal, will be subject to a shipping charge. Rates will be calculated at checkout once the shipping address is entered. 
  • Expedited options (Next day, 2 day, or worldwide expedited) are also available. Rates will be calculated at checkout once the shipping address is entered.
  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada does not qualify for free shipping.



Shipping Guidelines

  • Orders will typically ship from our facility in 1-2 business days, unless product delays are otherwise stated. 
  • Orders that need to be modified after the order is placed, are subject to processing delays. 
  • Ground shipping is an estimated 1-5 days from when the order ships, depending on your location. 
  • A delivery estimator can be found at checkout under each shipping option. These are strictly estimates and can be delayed depending on the carrier.
  • Once the shipping labels are created, an email with tracking and package information will be sent.
  • Once the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APOs.
  • Orders are subject to a $20 fee if the address need to be changed after the order is placed or shipped.
  • If the ship-to address provided is incorrect, 1UP USA is not liable to change this or responsible for missing packages. 
  • 1UP USA is not responsible or liable for stolen packages after delivery confirmation. 
  • By submitting your order, you are agreeing the entered ship-to address is safe and secure for delivery without a signature required.
  • Shipping costs covered by 1UP-USA will be for ground shipping or our preferred method.
     


Shipping to Canada

To our Canadian friends, we appreciate Canadian business and have made efforts to make shipping to Canada simple and affordable for our customers. Canadian and international customers will be responsible for taxes, duty, and brokerage fees by UPS standards. 



Sales Tax

Based on a June 2018 U.S. Supreme Court Ruling, states are now requiring out-of-state vendors to register and collect sales tax. If your purchase(s) are not subject to sales tax, please contact our customer service team with the appropriate tax exempt certificate.
