Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why you can return your 1UP product for a refund anytime within 60 days of the original purchase date. It’s simple:

Contact us to request your prepaid label

• Only authorized products to be returned will be accepted/refunded
• International and returns from Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for free return shipping. 
• Products that do not qualify for free return shipping will have the notice on the product page itself. The return shipping cost will come off the refund.
• Products must be free of damage unless previously discussed and authorized to be returned
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Products purchased from the Bargain Garage do not qualify for returns or refunds

We will email you a link to generate a printable return label. 

• Package your item(s) in the original packaging and drop it off at your nearest UPS depot. 
• All returns must be in original packaging and free of damage or it will be subject to a restocking fee. 1UP USA does not provide replacement packaging. 
• Products ordered incorrectly or if the return policy is being abused, refunds will incur a restocking fee.
• All products will be inspected and are subject to restocking fee up to 1UP-USA's discrection.
• Your refund will be issued within 10 business days upon receipt of the product.
