OVERVIEW
We’re hiring a Marketing and Brand Manager to own the strategy and execution of our digital growth engine. This role focuses on optimizing the ecommerce funnel and performance marketing inputs to help drive measurable revenue growth. This position will be a key partner in scaling our DTC channel efficiently and sustainably.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CRO strategy: A/B testing, landing pages, cart flow improvements
- Analyze traffic and conversion data using GA4, heatmaps, and attribution tools
- Lead paid search and social strategy with agency partners
- Analyze marketing performance (ROAS, CAC, LTV) and generate reports
- Own SEO implementation
- Manage analytics
- Coordinate promotions, A/B testing, and landing pages
- Coordinate and aide Social and AI marketing strategies and efforts
- Attend 6-8 tradeshows and marketing events per year
Key Skills:
- 5–10 years of experience in DTC marketing, growth, or ecommerce
- Experience with BigCommerce or Shopify
- Deep understanding of GA4, UTM tagging, attribution, and funnel metrics
- Strong analytical and CRO mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally with agencies and internal teams
- Bonus: Experience in high-AOV consumer products or outdoor/cycling industries
