Warranty
All 1UP USA products include lifetime warranty protection from factory defects or breakage under normal use. Warranty valid for original product purchaser only. Proof of purchase required for all warranty claims. Parts or products requiring inspection must be returned prior to any replacement. Alaska, Hawaii, and international customers will be required to pay for shipping.
Limitations of the Warranty
Warranty does not cover conditions beyond 1UP USA's control; including but not limited to defects caused by:
- Chemical reactions, corrosion, or oxidation from environmental conditions, and UV variances
- Exposed parts of the rack that are scratched, damaged, or exhibit variations in color
- Normal wear and tear
- Abuse, neglect, tampering, or misuse of the product
- Any accident, collision, act of God, theft, or other event occurring beyond our reasonable control
- Misapplication, overloading, or improper installation, including welds
- Improper operation, maintenance, repair, handling, transport, or storage
- Product alteration in any manner by anyone other than 1UP USA
- Indirect damages, consequential damages, shipping charges, or compensation of time
*RakAttach has a Limited 1-Year Warranty.
*LED light bars have a Limited 1-Year Warranty provided by the light bar manufacturer.

1UP USA is not liable or responsible for stolen racks. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
